Patrick O'Brien is a software developer and trainer, specializing in the
Python programming language. His company, Orbtech, provides software development
services and Python training workshops throughout the US. O'Brien is the
author of PyCrust, an interactive, graphical Python shell that ships with
the wxPython GUI toolkit. He is also a developer on the PythonCard and
anygui projects, and his work with the ZODB is available through his
