Nikki Downes-Martin started work as a programmer over 30 years ago, but soon developed an interest in analyzing and designing business processes. While she is retired now, she still keeps her hand in with an occasional database design or process model. Reading, grand-children, and house renovation occupy her days - paper engineering is her latest passion.
