Dr. Klaus G. Müller has a Diploma Engineer's degree in EE from U. of
Braunschweig (Germany) and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from U. of
Delft (Netherlands). Spent most of his professional career at the Nato
C3 Agency in The Hague (Netherlands) where he worked in the military
information systems and operations research fields. His main areas of
interest have been evolutionary development and rapid prototyping of
information systems; Object Oriented software development,
particularly for simulation; XML application (he initiated NATO's
adoption of XML and was NATO's rep at the W3C); metadata-based
information exchange; and the use of Python and ZOPE for NATO
systems. He is now an Open Source software developer and a freelance
consultant on military information systems.
